Engines are our specialty!
On average we rebuild over 50 engines per year. These range from the 2.0 ingenium through to the 5.0 V8 petrol, with the most common we work on being the TDV6 3.0
In addition to rebuilding customer engines, we also supply genuine LR new or remanufactured engines.

Full Engine Rebuilds
For a complete engine solution. All of our engines are remanfactured in house to what we believe is a better specification to the original engine fitted to your car.
Short Engine Rebuilds
In some circumstances, you may not need a full engine rebuild. Like a full engine rebuild, the crankshaft is finely balanced to provide a smoother running motor.
Cylinder Head Rebuild
All of our cylinder heads are completely remanufactured to bring them back to life. Each head is skimmed, new valves, guides & seals fitted, pressure tested and carbonized.
Crankshaft Regrind
Our team of professional engineers can bring a damaged crankshaft back to life by careful machining of the journal surfaces. This is followed up by a polish to ensure a smooth surface for prolonged life.
Balancing
As standard, engines from LR are not fully balanced. All of our remanufactured engines are fully balanced as a unique unit. The crankshaft, pistons, connecting rods, pulley and flywheel make up the complete set.
Engine Block
All of our engine blocks are either honed or rebored to a new specification to ensure complete compression and no premature piston ring wear,
